Well, Ellen Young, who has barely said anything about the recent beating of Stefanie Marie Martinez and the outrageous radio skit make by JV and Elvis on 92.3, jumps on the bandwagon with every other New York State Democrat to support the phony and hawkish Hillary Clinton.  Liberal?  Give me a break.  That is just something being crafted by the right-wing pundits to sell books.  This is someone who voted for the War on Iraq, voted for the Patriot Act, served on the Board of Directors on Walmart, and has a horrible record on immigration.  Her husband's administration was responsible for the deportation of over 1 million immigrants; many of them were legal Green Card holders.  I would love to see a female president, just not her.  She has taken more money from any lobbyist, except for Senator Rick Santorum who is no longer in office, and she never takes a stand on anything except when she is forced.  She tries to amend her stance on the War on Iraq by passing these non-binding resolutions that don't do anything.

I wish these Asian-American elected officials would start supporting a presidential candidate with real convictions.  My biggest fear is that Hillary Clinton will win the Democratic primary but will then lose the general, and we will wind up with four or eight more years of a Republican president, which will mean no end to the War on Iraq and no real comprehensive immigration reform.
